We’ve been there twice in the last six months, visiting family on the island, and we really liked it. If you’re looking for a quiet place with privacy this is the place to be. Yolanda and Eric Wederfoort are welcoming hosts, the apartment is nice and the “palapa” with shadow and ocean view makes it just perfect (see their website for details and photos). Snake Bay (aka Playa Wachi) is perfect for a quick swim and should really be called Pelican Bay. We watched them flying and diving for fish every day, and our grandchildren loved them. We are not into diving, but if you are – Eric is a Curacao diving legend and apparently a very good teacher and guide.
